• Application for Determination of Exemption (ADE) from IRB Review
• Submit together with:
  • CITI certificate
    • Complete Social/Behavioral Research Course

  • A Permission Letter (NO upload/ Email to protocol@sfsu.edu)

Phase 3: Advancement To Candidacy (ATC) and Proposal of Culminating Experience (PCE)
